LaTonya is a Relator thrilled to service both Leon and Duval Counties. Born and raised in Tallahassee, FL she attended FAMU HIGH K-12th grades and graduated from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/ Pre Law. She later received two Masters from Grand Canyon University in Addiction Counseling and Public Administration respectively. Currently, LaTonya serves as the Associate Compliance Officer at her Alma Mater (FAMU)LaTonya always had a passion for real estate and after being a landlord decided to become a Realtor.This decision came after seeing so many people renting without the knowledge of how to purchase property. With years of experience in ensuring compliance with laws, rules, policies and procedures, her buyers and sellers feel a sense of comfort knowing she is always honestly working on their behalf and that the transactions will be accurate.
